By accessing or using MOT Platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to use MOT Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, bully, or threaten other users.
• Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Spam, phish, or distribute malware.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service.

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content on MOT Platform, you grant us a license to display and distribute that content within the Service. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

5. Premium Subscriptions

• Premium features (MOT Pro) are available through paid subscriptions.
• Web payments are processed securely by Polar, our Merchant of Record; in-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Advertisements

Free-tier users may see advertisements. By using the free tier, you agree to the display of ads. Premium subscribers can enjoy an ad-free experience.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOT Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
